Event Description:

It’s true; there are a lot more fun things to do than write a business plan!  But when written with a purpose, you’ll find that you’ve created a meaningful document that will both drive your business and help mitigate the many unknowns that plague so many new businesses.  The more you plan early on and legitimately set the foundation for success, the better your business will be positioned to grow and scale when faced with unique challenges and opportunities later on.

Discussion topics

-Understanding your ‘why’ for needing a business plan

-Knowing your audience

-Reviewing different styles to find the right fit for you!
