Event Description:
We are excited about this year's Business & Career Expo as the format is changing for 2020!
Workforce Development & Career Exploration will take place from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. We are partnering with our area high schools to bring their 10,11, and 12 grade students to explore local career possibilities that may have been unseen before. We want to increase students’ self-knowledge and discovery, and result in an experience that gives them hope that there are opportunities available for their future. Seasonal employment opportunities can also be presented to the students.
Professional Development will be the focus from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm with a Lunch & Learn. This is an opportunity designed to give attendees an opportunity for learning, to enhance both personal and professional growth, as well as network with fellow business professionals. It is available for anyone in Manistee County.
