Broiled Haddock - Filet of Haddock topped with dill lemon butter. Broiled to perfection and served with wild rice pilaf.
Trotter Cut Sirloin Steak - The most tender cut of the sirloin cooked to a medium rare-medium doneness and topped with sautéed onion & mushrooms. Served with garlic & rosemary roasted potatoes.
